There is no point in having a dedicated server to enhance the quality of your web site if its Internet up-time is anything short of excellent.
With each server you can expect a 100% Network Uptime SLA, Email and Telephone Support for the reseller, 24/7 Server Monitoring, and a guarantee to fix or replace your server should a hardware component fail.
Our fully redundant network architecture means we can provide you with 100% Network Uptime SLA as standard. If, in the unlikely event that our internet connectivity fails, we will refund one day's service fee for every hour our internet connectivity is unavailable. We will refund no more than your monthly service fee.
The reseller will have access to UK Systems Support Team 24/7 via web and email. Our UK telephone support is available 9:00am - 5:30pm GMT Monday to Friday.
To ensure that each server has power and network connectivity, we ping each dedicated server every 5 minutes. If any server is down, we will attempt to fix the problem immediately at any time.
In the unlikely event that a Hardware component should fail we will attempt to fix or replace your server as soon as possible.
