Domain Registrations (Link)

This option is used to register new domain names

1. Select or create a username as owner for the Domain(s).  To create a new owner username use the create a new account link
2. Enter the domains separated by spaces or on new lines, without 'www' but with your preferred extensions
3. Enter nameservers only if they are to be different from the Easyspace or your own Default Nameservers default - see Account Config
4. Select the admin and technical contact only if they are to be different from your Default Contacts - see Account Config
5. Click submit to add their registration to your account.

You can verify your order using the View Order option

Shop (Link)

The initial screen provides the option to purchase non domain related products like

• Actinic shop software
• Dedicated servers

Domain related services may either be associated with new or existing domains.  For new domains you will be taken to the Domain Registrations page.

Adding or upgrading services  to existing domains will take you to the Buy or Upgrade for a domain screen once it has been selected using the Domain Tool and your have chosen view/add products for the relevant Domain(s)

Using the check boxes from the available options and according to the domain you can select additional mailboxes, hosting packages. web redirection or forwarding, database, SSL and additional space options.

When you have made your selections, click Add Selected

In the Easynic Shop - Your Order page you have the option to delete an item and update your order

Click Process Order to complete the order process.

Click View the invoice for this purchase to see the invoice raised.

Domain Tool (Link)

The Domain Tool allows you to search and pick our the domains with which you wish to work.  The search options include 

• approximate username
• account username from drop down list
• whether auto renew is in place or not
• domain expiry next month
• approximate domain name

with option to 

• display from 10 to 200 domains at once
• sort by domain name, owners name, expiry date, auto renew status or registrar status

The Domain listing includes the following tools:

• Selection or deselection from the list
• Clicking the domain name brings up options to change the details on a domain - see Details for Domain
• Clicking view/add products beside a domain brings up Easynic Shop buy new products or upgrade existing products

This page contains the following options:

• FTP details - check or change the ftp username for a domain
• DNS Management - check or change zone files, CNAMES or MX records for a domain
• Forwarding details - check or change web forwarding or redirection for a domain
• Nameservers - check or change
• Contact details for domain - check or change
• Create a nameserver within this domain

Use this option to  add,  delete or  edit 

• zone files, 
• CNAMES or 
• MX records for a domain.  

Please note that changes will take effect within 4 hours but may take 24 to 48 hours to be propagated over the Internet.

Advanced users only. Use this area to manage & create name servers within this domain. This tool is for creating nameservers under this domain, it is NOT for adding IP addresses to your domain name. In order to use this you will need to be running your own nameservers

Domain Transfer (Link)

Use this section for Registrar transfers only.  A hosting transfer requires a change of name server.  Ownership or Account transfers need a request to Support using the Raise a Ticket option in the Easyspace Helpdesk.

» Transfer In

1. Contact details for this transfer request are required for verification and authorisation of the transfer
2. Enter the Domain(s) in Domain entry box and click Add to List. Note the Remove option in event the wrong domain or a misspelled domain is entered.
3. "Account to link domains to" should be the owner/username for the Domain.  If it does not already exist use the option to create it.
4. Preserve nameservers should be used if you want the domain to continue to use its existing nameservers rather than be transferred to those of Easyspace or your Account config default nameservers.  Alternatively you can use the next section for separate and different nameservers.
5. Under Contacts, enter Admin and Technical contacts form the drop down list if they are to differ from the Account config default.

1. Select the domain
2. Enter the new Registrar
3. Enter the new Registrar's IPS tag ONLY if the domain is a .uk
4. Select a reason for transfer and click the Transfer button

This page lists Transfers arranged with options to Cancel those that have not been complete and to Reactivate where a Transfer may have 'timed out'.

Manage Contacts (Link)

Use this option to edit the details for an existing contact.

You can review the domains with which the contact is associated and in what capacity ion addition to making any changes in the Contacts details..

Financial (Link)

In this area you can add funds and view invoices for your Easynic account

Payment by credit card requires that the details entered here match those held by the credit card company.

Please note that at your option you can ensure that these details are stored for future use so that you do not have to enter them all next time. 

» View your Easynic Invoices

This option will show your most recent invoices by default.  

For a copy of an invoice, click the Detail link

At your option, you can retrieve all invoices by selecting start and end dates and clicking Show Invoice

Account Config (Link)

You can create or change the following default settings for your Reseller account under this option.  

• Hold page URL
• Default Nameservers
• Default Zone records file
• Change Reseller Password
• Default Contacts
• Create a new contact

Enter the change and click Update

View Order (Link)

To view domains and services ordered and their costs, select this option.

Domains or services can be removed from you order here.  To remove an item, check the remove item box beside it and click

Once you are satisfied that your order is correct, click .  On the next page click if you are sure the order details above are correct.
